Mengikuti pelatihan yang secara khusus dirancang oleh BCA untuk menyiapkan sumber daya professional di bidang IT. Rekan-rekan akan mengikuti pelatihan di BCA selama 12 bulan yang tentunya diajar oleh tenaga professional dari Tim IT BCA. Pelatihan tersebut bukan hanya diselenggarakan di kelas, namun juga di unit kerja yang akan rekan-rekan tempati nantinya. Sehingga setelah lulus pelatihan, rekan-rekan diharapkan sudah memilki bekal yang matang untuk bekerja.
